SPREADSHEETWhy the item price is only the beginning
The catalogue price is an estimated product price, not a delivered quote. Your full budget may also include delivery from the seller to the warehouse, international shipping, taxes and other charges. The official PikoBuy guide describes international shipping as a separate payment after items reach the warehouse and a parcel is submitted.
Avoid relying on a flat cost per item. A small product can have bulky packaging, while several compact items may pack together efficiently. The final amount depends on the shipping options available for your destination and the details of the packed parcel.
Weight, size and route
Routes can use different billing methods. Actual weight, package dimensions, destination and product restrictions may affect eligibility or the quoted price. Some routes may use dimensional calculations; check the route description and quote rather than assuming that actual weight is the only factor.
Compare the choices shown by PikoBuy for your parcel. Consider cost alongside estimated transit information, tracking, restrictions and any available protection. Packaging choices can affect the parcel’s size or protection, so understand the trade-off before requesting changes.
Planning for additional costs
Check your destination’s import rules and any taxes, duties or carrier charges that may apply. These depend on your circumstances and cannot be reliably predicted from the catalogue price alone. Ensure the contents comply with the selected route’s rules, particularly if an item contains batteries, liquids or other restricted materials.
Use the platform’s current shipping estimate as a planning aid, then review the actual quote before paying. Estimates and route availability can change. Save the final parcel and payment details so you can refer to them if you need help with tracking or delivery.
