Understand the stages
A purchase can move through several distinct stages: the seller prepares and ships the item domestically, the warehouse receives and inspects it, and you submit a parcel for international delivery. An order status for an individual item is different from the tracking number for the final international parcel.
Check the information shown in your PikoBuy account and save the order and parcel numbers. A seller’s domestic shipping progress does not mean that the international parcel has been dispatched. Resolve missing or incorrect items before submitting the final shipment.
After parcel dispatch
PikoBuy’s guide says tracking information will be available within three days after shipment. That is the platform’s stated guidance, not a guarantee of a delivery date or continuous scans. International tracking can pause between handovers, customs processing and local carrier events.
Review the route and carrier details in your account. If the number has not updated after a reasonable period, compare the status with the platform’s current guidance and contact support with your parcel number. Avoid sharing account credentials or payment information in a public tracking discussion.
Delivery and problems
Check your address carefully before dispatch and follow any delivery instructions provided by the carrier. Depending on the destination and route, customs or local carrier charges may arise. Review the information supplied for your shipment and keep receipts or notices that explain any requested payment.
PikoBuy’s forwarding terms explain that third-party providers carry parcels and that cross-border logistics involve risks. If a parcel appears delayed, damaged or lost, document the tracking events and contact the relevant support channel promptly. Any coverage or resolution depends on the actual service and applicable terms.
