SPREADSHEETFrom seller to warehouse
After the purchase is submitted, the seller sends the item to the warehouse. PikoBuy’s shopping guide describes check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check on arrival. Processing and domestic delivery times can vary by seller and product; consult your order status for the latest information.
When an item is marked as received, compare the photos and available order details promptly. Check the size, color, quantity and visible condition. If you notice a problem, raise it before requesting international shipment and review the applicable return terms.
Prepare your items
Keep a simple list of the products you intend to ship, their order numbers and any issues that need resolution. Verify that each item is present and that the selected destination and route accept its contents. If you intend to send multiple items in one parcel, check the actual parcel options available in your PikoBuy account.
The platform’s guide mentions packaging requests such as minimal or reinforced packaging. More protection can increase dimensions or weight; less packaging may reduce bulk but can leave an item more vulnerable. Confirm the available choices and costs before submitting a request.
Before you pay for shipping
Review the parcel contents, delivery address, chosen route and quoted amount. Check whether the route has restrictions on batteries, liquids, product categories or package size. International delivery can involve customs procedures, taxes or carrier charges depending on the destination.
The platform’s forwarding terms describe logistics risks and distinguish forwarding from purchasing services, including different after-sales treatment. Read the rules relevant to your type of order. Do not assume that an inspection or package choice guarantees a particular outcome in transit.
